We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@notafarmgirl.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll ask you to bring your item into the shop, at which time we will be able to issue a credit or return your money. Refunds will be processed on the method of original payment and may take several days for the bank to post your refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
If you find that there is a quality issue with a product, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also contact us immediately if you found that you received the wrong product in your order, and we will work to remedy the situation immediately.
 
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Gift cards, fresh homemade items, preordered butter products, discounted and clearance items, and items that have not been stored properly after purchase are not eligible for return.
